Many people come to therapy after years of feeling misunderstood, pathologized, dismissed, or shaped by environments that never fully saw them. My work centers trauma recovery, nervous system safety, reconnecting with yourself outside of survival mode, and the freedom to explore your identity, beliefs, and story. Therapy with me is collaborative.

Together, we work to understand what your mind, body, and nervous system have been carrying, then build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic to you. Healing is not about overriding your body — it’s about learning to hear what it has been trying to communicate.
