My main focus is on the importance of emotional wellbeing. I believe that everyone has the ability to thrive and find it a complete honor to journey with those who are struggling with the ebbs and flows of life. My main focus is building a therapeutic alliance and relationship. It is through this relationship that is the beginning of the healing journey.
