Ava Robbins

Hi, I'm Ava. I work with teens and adults experiencing CPTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and the impacts of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and attachment wounds. I am trained in EMDR and my work draws from IFS, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and nature-based therapy.

During our time together, we might laugh, cry, share pet photos, talk about books, or nerd out about the things we love- and together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you. You deserve a space where all of who you are is welcomed- your humor, your sadness, your questions, your stories, and everything in between. I look forward to walking alongside you!
