I offer personalized, evidence-based therapy grounded in somatic work. I help clients reconnect with the body’s wisdom to heal trauma, understand attachment patterns, and reduce chronic stress. My approach integrates Attachment-Focused EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing, with affirming, inclusive care for diverse identities.

I became a therapist through my counseling work, guided by Buddhist-rooted compassion, optimism, and hope. Growing up in New York City, I witnessed people’s struggles firsthand, which inspired me to help others navigate trauma, life transitions, and personal challenges with empathy, presence, understanding, and a focus on resilience and meaningful growth.

I volunteer with the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program, providing trauma support to first responders and survivors. I have been active in ending gender-based violence with V-Day and the One Billion Rising campaign. My background in performing arts, fashion, branding, and technology informs my creativity, curiosity, and openness as a therapist.
