Within my therapy approach, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused techniques to facilitate a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for my clients.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, racial trauma, women's issues, ADHD, ADD, LGBTQIA+, and grief counseling. I believe in the power of discovering how underlying dynamics influence how we think, feel, behave, and interact with others.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Interpersonal Practice in Integrated Health, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse. In addition, I have a bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies
