My approach is multifaceted. I use a variety of frameworks to assist clients in reaching their goals. Some of these include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused and Empowerment approaches.

Together, we will identify goals and reasonable steps on how to achieve these goals. We will explore how our psychology (the way we think), biology (the way our body feels) and environments impact our life experience.

My clients describe me as someone who is kind, relational, patient, and actively listens and collaborates on solutions, when appropriate.

I work best with those who are willing to self-reflect and want to understand themselves in a deeper way.

I became a therapist because it's something that I've benefited from in my own life. I've found that it helps me stay centered.

I'm working on growing my group practice and work alongside other practitioners whom I feel lucky to work with.
