I specialize in working with people who:
are struggling to manage their anxiety, teaching them techniques to take control. I specialize in working with those who have experienced a loss & process through their grief. I am trained in EMDR to work with the big & little trauma in your life
I became a therapist because:
I dealt with Infertility & then adopting, I wanted to offer those in similar situations support. This began my grief & loss focus.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is small and cozy, comfortable. I also work with clients outdoors. We will either sit at a picnic table or walk. Nature opens the mind.
