As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their stories. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, working with clients to identify their existing strengths while supporting growth and healing.

My goal is to empower clients with practical coping tools and insight so they can feel more confident and supported in their daily lives. I work with children, adults, and couples to help navigate the challenges life presents. I help clients develop effective coping skills, recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and make meaningful changes.

Someone who is kind, open-minded, empathetic and willing to be flexible. I believe that everyone's stories deserve to be heard and respected. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming and vulnerable, and I strive to meet clients with compassion and understanding.
