Michele Thompson

I aim to show up as authentic in sessions. My goal is for people to feel truly seen, and feel safe to be open and vulnerable as they work toward healing. With this as the foundation, people are able to pursue growth and meet their goals.

My approach is to be interactive in session, including providing information regarding relevant topics, such as impact of stress on the nervous system, boundary setting, improving physical health to reduce vulnerability, healing from trauma, etc.

I provide a space where people can explore underlying issues contributing to problems in their lives, and collaborate with them to resolve them.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced childhood trauma and now find themselves stuck in survival mode. They may struggle with feeling numb or empty, or maybe have difficulty relaxing due to fear of failure.

My practice allows for people to explore their values and acknowledge what experiences in their lives may be holding them back from taking action. I provide a comprehensive approach to identify physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
