I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe exploring your experiences and working toward meaningful change. Taking the first step toward therapy can be one of the hardest parts, so I want to congratulate you on coming this far!

Everyone’s needs are different, and therapy should reflect that. My goal is to help you feel empowered and give that sense of control back to you. Some people want to learn coping skills or practical tools, while others just want a safe space to talk. Whatever you are hoping for in therapy, we can work together to find out that best fit for you.

I’m not sure how my clients would describe me! I would hope a few key words might be “supportive,” and “helpful.”

I enjoy connecting with people and learning their stories. You may have heard the phrase that we are all the protagonist of our own story. I think that's a great way to describe it. Sometimes, though, we need to little help to work through the more difficult chapters of our lives.
