I became a therapist because I deeply value human connection and the power of reflection, growth, and self-understanding. I’ve seen how supportive, trauma-informed guidance can help people navigate life’s challenges and uncover their strengths. I wanted to create a space where healing and insight are possible.

My clinical experience spans community mental health, emergency departments, hospital and ICU care, primary care, addiction treatment, and private practice. These experiences shape my trauma-informed, holistic approach, supporting adults through complex emotional, medical, and life challenges.
