I also believe therapy doesn't have to feel so serious all the time; there's plenty of room for laughter, honesty, and being your authentic self.

I specialize in working with people who feel like their mind is constantly working against them. Maybe anxiety keeps you from doing the things you love, ADHD makes everyday tasks feel overwhelming, OCD leaves you stuck in exhausting thought loops, or life has simply become harder than you expected.

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to struggle. Like many people, I've faced my own mental health challenges, and I understand how hard it can be to ask for help. I believe healing isn't about being "fixed"; it's about learning, growing, and continuing to show up for yourself. It's an honor to walk alongside others as they do the same.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending time with my family and dogs. I believe healing doesn't have to happen in a perfectly serious environment, and I welcome humor, curiosity, and authenticity into the therapy room whenever they naturally arise.
