My approach to therapy is laidback and tailored to meet your needs. You are in the driver’s seat. There is no “one size fits all” approach and I want to make this experience as comfortable as it possibly can be for you.

My role is to be your guide, your emotional/mental health teammate, your supporter, for every person I work with.

My style is conversational, as I can be both a curious listener and also a gentle, unbiased person providing you with feedback.

Growing up, I was always the listener, caretaker, advice-giver. The best reward for me was always seeing people grow and achieve goals they had set for themselves no matter how big or small they were. Sometimes even the smallest, simplest changes create ripples of positivity and confidence throughout life. Becoming a therapist was a natural fit.
