Individuals feel safe and encouraged to share what is on their minds and receive feedback to work towards the change they want for themselves.
I have a Person-Centered approach that works to establish a strong therapeutic alliance and help the client feel safe and secure in sharing during sessions. I also use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to replace and/or reframe intrusive/negative thoughts
Together, we will discuss any topics that you feel safe sharing and whatever kind of change you seek. Individuals feel safe discussing sensitive topics that have impacted them negatively to work towards internal resolutions.
Individuals going through difficult times in life whether it's with career changes, family strife, relationship issues, etc. I work to ensure stability is secure and skill development can be implemented to improve quality of life.
We all have an impact on society and I wanted to contribute positively to that impact. Impacting the macro means impacting the micro first.
I focus on connecting with the individuals in front of me to give my full undivided attention to them to provide the best treatment possible.
We offer in-house medication management with 3 nurse-practitioners. My office is comfortable and a safe space for individuals to express themselves freely and safely.
