I have a Person-Centered approach that works to establish a strong therapeutic alliance and help the client feel safe and secure in sharing during sessions. I also use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to replace intrusive/negative thoughts.

Individuals experiencing uncertainty, anxiousness, and the lows of life while transitioning into adulthood, retirement, sobriety, and other phases of life that progressively or acutely develop.

I became a therapist because:

We all have an impact on society and I wanted to contribute positively to that impact. Impacting the macro means impacting the micro first.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer both in person and tele-therapy. My office is a comfortable and safe place for individuals or couples to share and be treated effectively.
