I use a variety of approaches with a focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and EMDR. I utilize these methods because they support the the whole mind-body connection, allowing history that has been stored in the nervous system to be released. This in turn allows the grounded, calm, compassionate core within you to take the lead in your life.

Slow things down and gently explore the patterns that keep you stuck. We'll process experiences that still feel "activated," allowing space for your nervous system to metabolize experiences your body hasn't been able to properly digest. Over time, you'll feel less reactive, less stuck and more present and empowered.
