Are experiencing mental health symptoms due to life changes and trauma-related stress. Processing emotions related to anxiety and depression can be exhausting. I provide a safe space for all of your emotions and help you develop mindful tools.

I’m the founder of Phase Mental Health and Wellness. My goal when creating this practice was to establish supportive mental health care and to build a sustainable community where we are able to connect with one another to live fulfilling lives.
