You are the leader of our sessions. You set the motion for what we discuss and how we can set up a plan on achieving your therapeutic goals. I am a guide in your journey of finding better ways to deal with stress, anxiety, and self-reflection.

Work on evolving coping skills that will allow you to look at obstacles in your life in a new way. We will work on acceptance of yourself and build onto those strengths. We will work on exploring different problem solving skills to life’s challenges.

My clients describe me as someone who truly listens and is there for them during the highs and lows of their lives.

Feel they are ready to take the first step in working to better themselves and their mental health needs. I work with people who are up to challenges in their mental health journey whether it’s regarding anxiety, depression, relationships, and more.

Life is hard and we all need someone to talk to and be our authentic selves in a safe and caring environment.

I have been practicing since 2018 and I work with a wide range of clients from those experiencing depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, to couples and family therapy.
