In our work together, we will look at the patterns that are keeping you feeling stuck - like saying “yes” when you mean “no” or trying to convince others you’re fine when you’re not. We’ll both explore the deeper roots of your habits, while learning practical tools for calming your nervous system, setting boundaries, and making decisions with confidence.

Most people are much stronger and more resilient than they give themselves credit for. We can work together using your own strengths to identify hopes and goals for treatment, and find realistic approaches to working toward these goals. You have the tools within yourself to achieve your goals; I will help guide and strengthen these tools

Approachable and authentic. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as yourself, without judgment and fear of "doing it right". Our sessions together will feel like a good mixture of exploring the things we did well, but also being accountable to the places where growth and change can happen.
