Just as athletes train, my therapy sessions train, too. We’ll have engaging sessions to remove emotional pain -plus you’ll develop insight, emotional intelligence, communication and critical thinking skills. We’ll practice the "what ifs", recognize healthy opportunities, change faulty thinking patterns, develop character, learn how to gain self-acceptance.

Trust is the foundation of any healthy relationship. In our first session, our therapeutic relationship will begin. It will be a caring, nonjudgmental conversation about your history and concerns. We'll clarify your heartsong and mental health priorities. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of the process and know that you have a partner in change.

Clients describe me as warm, affirming, empowering, prepared, good-humored, and educational. Life can be wonderful and pretty tough, too. We don't get to pick our I.Q., our looks, our family, or region, and we often make life-altering decisions that we regret. I became a therapist because I want to help women heal, be safe, and reach their full potential.
