My approach is depth-oriented and relational, focused on understanding the emotional and interpersonal patterns behind ongoing distress. Many clients have insight but still feel stuck in painful cycles. Therapy focuses on deeper understanding and lasting change, not just symptom relief.

Together, we will explore the emotional and relational patterns contributing to distress, increase understanding of how these patterns developed, and work toward greater emotional stability, self-awareness, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

My clients often describe me as thoughtful, direct, grounded, and emotionally attuned. I aim to create a therapy space that feels both supportive and structured, where difficult patterns and experiences can be explored openly and with depth.

I specialize in working with people who experience emotional intensity, relationship instability, recurring interpersonal conflict, identity struggles, or longstanding emotional and relational patterns that continue despite insight, effort, or previous therapy.

I became a therapist because I was drawn to understanding the complexity of human relationships, emotional suffering, and the patterns that shape how people experience themselves and others. I value therapy as a space for meaningful self-understanding and lasting change.

My practice focuses on depth-oriented therapy for emotional and relational difficulties, including relationship instability, emotional dysregulation, identity struggles, and complex interpersonal patterns. My approach integrates Schema Therapy, MBT, and TFP, with a focus on meaningful and lasting change.
