My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I enjoy using art and play in sessions to help clients of all ages express themselves in creative and meaningful ways. Whether you're looking for support for yourself, your child, or your family, I strive to offer an inclusive, affirming space where healing and growth can happen at your pace.

Together we will build a relationship at your pace, supporting you in your goals. Don't know your goals? No problem, we'll come up with those too. If you're here for therapy for your child, together we will work as a team to develop trust, establish goals, and work towards growth - whatever that looks like for them!

My clients would describe me as laid back, creative, understanding, and affirming. I always tell my clients, "I have very few rules in this office," meaning there is very little you could do to 'mess up' and my office is a safe space to be. I enjoy creativity and welcome everyone to come to session as they are, no judgement.
