I specialize in working with people who are ready to understand themselves, work through what hurts, and create meaningful change. I support those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, parenting challenges, identity, purpose, and life transitions. I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a safe place to be heard, understood, and supported. Life can leave us carrying things we were never meant to carry alone. I wanted to help others find hope, discover their strengths, work through their wounds, and realize that healing and growth are possible.
