I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, low self-esteem, or life transitions. I also enjoy working with families to help children feel supported and develop skills they can use at home, school, and in everyday life.

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people feel heard, understood, and supported during some of the most difficult parts of their lives. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves without judgment, and I love helping clients recognize their strengths and feel more confident in themselves.
