Starting therapy can feel a little overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time. You’re not alone in feeling that way. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. My approach is warm, understanding, and focused on helping you feel comfortable and supported.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and find ways to bring more balance, healing, and hope into your life. In our sessions, you’ll have a safe space to talk openly, reflect, and grow at your own pace. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want to create.

I wanted to help others who were struggling with their mental health. I come from a culture who has a negative stereotype towards mental health. I struggled for years before getting the help I needed. My goal in life is to help others who might be unsure with their mental health. It does get better! you just need the right tools so you can help yourself!
