My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, integrating EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to help clients process past experiences, manage current stressors, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Therapy is tailored to each individual, honoring their strengths, values, and personal goals. I provide walk and talk therapy also.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling in a private home-office setting for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.

Down to earth, relaxed, informative, caring, supportive, funny, and most likely a little sarcastic. Sessions are offered in a calm, confidential home-office environment designed to feel welcoming and professional.

Have experienced trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, mood disorders, bullying, burnout, divorce, adoption, and people who feel like they need to make changes but are not sure what they need to do.

I became a therapist to help people who are struggling because I have struggled and I know what it feels like to experience this. I want to help people live their best life possible because we all deserve to be happy no matter what.

My office is located at my private home, that is water front and on a private road. I offer outside therapy either at the water front or walking down the road, weather permitting. I use essential oils with my coping skills and in my office. I do have a dog for those with allergies.
