My clients often describe me as friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. I’m laid-back and believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly formal. I’ll encourage you, support you, and also gently challenge you when needed. My goal is for clients to feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
