I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood. I offer a warm, supportive space where we slow things down, get curious about what you’re feeling.

Together, we will make sense of what you’re going through and find ways to reduce the emotional overwhelm you’ve been carrying. We’ll build skills you can actually use, gently explore patterns from the past, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

I specialize in working with people who have long tried to “push through” and want to start feeling better. Many feel anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure why things feel so hard, and want a safe space to understand themselves and begin to feel better.
