I offer a warm, supportive space where we can slow things down and gently unpack what you’re feeling. You are welcome to bring something grounding, such as coloring or knitting, if that helps you stay present.

Together, we will make sense of what you’re going through and find ways to reduce the emotional overwhelm you’ve been carrying. We’ll build skills you can actually use, gently explore patterns from the past, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, BPD, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and feelings of being overwhelmed who are seeking a supportive space to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.
