I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood. I offer a warm, supportive space where we slow things down, get curious about what you’re feeling. You are welcome to bring something grounding, like coloring, or knitting, if that helps you stay present.

Together, we will make sense of what you’re going through and find ways to reduce the emotional overwhelm you’ve been carrying. We’ll build skills you can actually use, gently explore patterns from the past, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
