Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I take time to understand what’s really going on and tailor therapy to each child, teen, young adult, or family. My goal is to help you feel understood while developing tools and strategies that make everyday life easier.

Together we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and find practical strategies that work for you or your family. We’ll build skills to manage emotions, reduce anxiety and stress, improve behavior and relationships, and increase confidence. Therapy will be tailored to your goals, strengths, and what matters most to you.

Clients describe me as warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to. I’m down-to-earth and work to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. I balance compassion with honesty and practical support, while letting humor come naturally when it fits.

I specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which focuses on improving the parent-child relationship and managing behavior through structured coaching sessions.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavior, self-esteem, relationships, or school-related stress. I also work closely with parents and families who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to best support their child.

My practice is designed to feel comfortable and welcoming, especially for kids and teens who may not be excited about coming to therapy. I believe therapy should be individualized, practical, and collaborative. With younger children, I often involve parents so the skills we build in therapy carry over into everyday life at home.
