I try to always approach people where they are; I work to not force people into changes they are not willing or ready to make. I see things through a lens of logic and I can be very straight forward when it comes to confront issues. I like to help the people I work with find their own answers when they can.

Work to best identify what the struggle/problem is, where it is coming from, and how best to handle it in a healthy, positive way.

Extremely honest, supportive, caring and knowledgeable. I'm not afraid to admit when I do not know something, but I'm always willing to research it so that I can best help those that I work with.

I have an 18 year history working with children and families, which include children struggling with defiance and aggression, as well as families that are working with other social service programs (e.g., foster care, CPS, etc.). I have extensive work with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as low self-esteem.

I discovered that I have a passion for helping people work through problems and find stability in their life. I like to see people succeed and feel confident in themselves.

I work alongside my wife. It's a small practice and we enjoy the independence it affords us to best serve the people we see. We're able to be very flexible with scheduling and last minute changes without having to worry about pressure from people above us.....because there's no one above us.
