Something to know about my approach is:

I'm never going to insist we work at a pace you're not comfortable with. If you need to go slowly, we'll go slowly. Therapy can be difficult because we talk about hard things. This is all about you and if you need to take small steps, we will.

Together, we will:

work to heal those wounds left from traumatic experiences. By healing those wounds and releasing the trauma, you can create a life in which you connect more deeply with others, return to yourself, or become your true self for the first time.

struggle with people pleasing and perfectionism that keeps you scared, small, and suffering in silence. You'll learn to live with more courage and confidence to create a life that you truly love.

I became a therapist because:

I know how important it is to have someone truly see you, listen to you, and not dismiss your feelings or concerns. We all need someone in our corner.

I offer online therapy. No matter where you live in MI, FL, SC, and VT, you can receive therapy in the place you feel comfortable and safe.

More about me and my practice:
