My approach is that therapy should be a place where you feel understood and validated. Sessions with me are your self-care time where you can prioritize your wellbeing. I invite my clients to be intentional about creating a comfortable environment for our sessions. Grab a warm blanket. Light that special candle. Brew a cup of tea or coffee. Get cozy!

Together we will work through your feelings of burnout and get to a place where you can thrive, not just survive. We will always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be. In our sessions, you can feel safe, supported, and heard. We will work on identifying goals and the steps you need to make to get there.

My clients describe me as warm and open-minded. I am that person who can listen as you vent but then also help you come up with solutions. We are a team and I will support you in any way that I can, but I will also try to challenge you when needed to keep you working towards your goals. You work so hard, you deserve to prioritize yourself too.
