My counseling approach is rooted in a client-centered, strength-based approach. My counseling practice is guided by the client for the client. We will work as a team to help relieve distress, explore coping strategies, and improve life satisfaction.

We will explore struggles with mental health whether that may be depression, anxiety, grief, difficulties with self-esteem, or life transitions. I will support you by providing a welcoming environment to reach your personal goals and ambitions.

I support my clients through topics of grief, depression and other mood disorders, generalized anxiety and other anxiety disorders, life transitions, stress management, and empowerment with self-esteem and identity.

I became a therapist because I hope to support individuals through times of hardships and uncertainty while also celebrating growth and empowerment.
