My approach to therapy is relational and this means meeting you where you are within your reality, life perspective and experiences and from there using techniques that can get to the root of the changes you want and need to make in your life.

Goal setting is a conversation about your likes, dislikes, hopes, dreams, fears, pains, joys, and accomplishments and from there figuring out what you want to have better, different or changed in your life.

Conversational, friendly, warm, genuine. I do my best to make a safe, open, transparent space for you to explore, share, and ask questions.

I have found that my style of therapy is a good fit for neurodivergent adults particularly those who have been struggling with ongoing life stressors due to trying juggle the pressing demands of life/work balance, dating, parenting stressors.

I decided to become a therapist to help people gain, learn and obtain the social and emotional resources and tools they need to heal, change, grow.

I provide individual counseling/therapy services statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in coaching strategies for better managing ADHD and executive functioning symptoms.
