    I have found that my style of therapy is a good fit for neurodivergent adults particularly those who have been struggling with ongoing life stressors due to trying juggle the pressing demands of life/work balance, dating, parenting stressors.

    I decided to become a therapist to help people gain, learn and obtain the social and emotional resources and tools they need to heal, change, grow.

    I provide individual counseling/therapy services statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in coaching strategies for better managing ADHD and executive functioning symptoms.
