I use evidence-based, tailored care, embracing body respect and inclusivity (including a weight-inclusive, HAES framework) while walking alongside you in whatever identity, challenge or goal you bring.

Together we will explore your story with compassion, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools for healing, balance, and connection, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in your relationships and daily life.

I specialize in working with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. I’m passionate about supporting clients through experiences related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and body image, including recovery from disordered eating within a weight-inclusive framework.

Inclusive Minds Therapy is a collaborative, affirming space to show up as your full self. I founded the practice to offer compassionate, identity-affirming care that honors diversity and authenticity.
