My therapeutic approach is integrative and relational, blending sex therapy and intimacy work with EMDR, IFS, and somatic practices. I help clients explore desire, attachment, and relational patterns while gently processing trauma and stored body-based stress, supporting deeper connection, safety, and self-trust in relationships.

Together, we will create a safe, collaborative space to explore patterns, emotions, and bodily responses with curiosity and care. We will work at your pace to build insight, regulate your nervous system, heal past wounds, and strengthen intimacy, boundaries, and connection with yourself and others.
