I specialize in working with people who:

Function well enough, but feel some level of distress in their lives. Executives, helping professionals, parents, caregivers & young adults (16+). You've likely put your own care on the back burner. You might not be sure if you even "need" therapy.

I became a therapist because:

Everyone deserves space to tell their story & get support. Therapy strengthens our relationships with others & most importantly with ourselves.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Telehealth is majorly convenient. No commute time & flexible scheduling. We can meet during your work day, while your child naps, etc.
