Through my own life experiences, I’ve gained an understanding of the stress that comes with life crises, family dynamics, career changes, marriage, divorce, and relationships.

I specialize in working with people who experience a broad range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, life transitions, sleep problems, ADHD, stress and relationships concerns - both in English and Spanish. I use evidence-based therapy to focus on goals, optimal treatment, and lasting change for individuals who reside in MN.
