I help people who don't let on that they are struggling, whether it be everyday stress, big life changes, a new season, or challenging relationship, you just keep that smile on your face, and keep pushing forward. But before you start your day and when you get home, you just want to shut down. I help people who are tired of pretending they are fine.

Explore what life could look like without the current issue. Learn coping skills that will get you by until life gets better. Collaborate together to figure out what needs to change for you to have a chance to move forward. Work on setting boundaries with others, learn how to speak more kindly to yourself, and give yourself grace.

I am described as empathetic, gently honest, and a down-to-earth person and therapist. I show up as my true self, and there is nothing a client can say that would knock me out of my chair. I had one client tell me that I helped them more in two sessions than any of their other therapists. I approach each client with humility and curiosity, but no judgement.

-Are dealing with teen anxiety or feeling low/unmotivated. -Are rebuilding life after divorce. -People who want couples therapy, but their partner won't come. -Are navigating some major life changes, and feeling down or anxious about all the uncertainty. -Women going through the changes of perimenopause/menopause, and experiencing new mood changes.

I value deep conversation and connection. You can have people all around you and still feel like you have nobody to talk to. Being able to talk without feeling judged, is so valuable. I just wanted to be able to offer that to other people. I have had my own experience with therapy in some crucial moments, and it allowed me to find my own voice.

I specialize in working primarily with teens and adults, however, I will see clients as young as 8 years old. I try to create a comfortable space where clients can show up, just as they are on any particular day. I don't cringe at curse words, and you might here one or two come from me. In my personal life, I'm and artist, baker, crocheter, and a boy mom.
