My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and body-centered. I integrate somatic therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system–informed care to help you reconnect with your body, understand your emotional patterns, and feel more grounded. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected internally.

Together, we will explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping you understand your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build tools to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease in your life.
