I believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and useful. I work collaboratively with adults to identify patterns, build on strengths, and make meaningful changes in daily life. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client. Services are available in English and Spanish.

Together, we will make sense of what has been weighing on you, identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and practice realistic ways to communicate your needs, set boundaries, manage stress, and feel more confident in your choices. We will move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
