My approach is calm, gentle, nurturing, and genuine. Through providing safety, I create an environment where you can discover yourself, your solutions, and the gifts you give to the world. I facilitate growth through focusing on emotions and body-based awareness, and celebrating small steps of success.

Together we will find the answers you need. I am a facilitator, a listener, and a collaborator, not a judge nor an expert. You are the expert on you. I am here to help you find the expertise and wisdom you already possess.

My clients would describe me as authentic, nurturing, a little goofy, compassionate, and an advocate for social justice.

I work with people who have always been high-achieving, who perform well on the outside but grapple on the inside. They struggle to know what they’re feeling and/or to express vulnerability and needs.

I am a certified Safe and Sound Protocol provider.
