I'm passionate about helping individuals find peace and healing as they navigate the complex challenges life holds for us. I believe we can work together towards a life that is rooted in a stronger sense of self.

I prioritize creating genuine and nonjudgemental space where people feel comfortable being themselves. I believe connection, both with our authentic selves and with one another, is an important part of healing.

My work is grounded in person-centered and trauma-informed care, and I integrate different methods based on your needs. Often, different parts of ourselves can need different things and we can work together to respect and integrate those aspects in healthy ways. I am trained in brainspotting to help clients process trauma and access deeper emotional healing.

After years of volunteering as a certified sexual assault crisis counselor, I took the step to become a therapist in order to continue supporting people's healing journeys each day. I believe in each person’s capacity for growth and healing, and that everyone is deserving of love and support.
