My approach is rooted in cultural humility and competence. My work is integrative and systematic, grounded in psychodynamic theory, internal family systems theory, and attachment theory. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” who you are, but reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been silenced, shamed, or lost.
