I have a long-time interest in philosophy and psychology, and I find psychotherapy an extremely fulfilling way to spend my days!

I firmly believe that, if a therapist has a real understanding of your concerns and how to help you, they should be able to explain those things in plain language. Hence, I try to be as transparent as possible throughout the process of psychotherapy.

My practice is entirely online, so I am able to offer services throughout the state of Minnesota.
