I love working with people who have one or more of the following: neurodivergence, creativity and imagination, depression or mood challenges, recovery focus, or dual diagnosis. I like to look at these as a differences, not disorders.

Our bodies try to protect us. Some of those ways have developed into coping mechanisms we are tired of and ready to change. Once we recognize the purpose and belief directing these behaviors, we can let go and move towards freedom.
