I like to meet people where they are at and see what can work based of how they are showing up in the moment. I hold people accountable and will challenge them where necessary, although I try to find the right time to do so. I like to utilize goals that feel achievable, measurable, and something we can keep track on throughout the course of treatment.

We will work together to explore what has caused challenges in their life and create a plan to address these concerns in the moment. We will determine which modality works best based on goals and concerns at the time, remaining flexible as things continue to evolve.

I work with children ages 5+, teens, adults, couples, families, military, & first responders. Whether you need guidance, someone to process things with, or support in understanding your thoughts and behaviors, I value working collaboratively to identify meaningful goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that starts with meeting you where you are.

I have always wanted to help people, and after receiving counseling in middle school, I knew I wanted to be what my counselor had been for me. I like seeing people feel like they can regain control of their lives, improve their self esteem, better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, & learn how to change negative coping mechanisms.

I try to offer therapy in a space that is comfortable, calming, and conducive to providing the best therapy possible.
