The effort you bring to this work will be met with active, engaged support. I focus on understanding how patterns develop and noticing early cues before things feel overwhelming. My work is grounded in a multicultural lens that considers systemic impact and affirms all identities, including LGBTQIA+.

Together, we will explore the root of patterns, not just symptoms. We’ll look at how behaviors formed, what they protect, and how they show up in real time. By noticing activation as it happens, you can respond with more choice, shift old patterns, and create more aligned ways of being.

My clients describe me as grounded and caring, while also direct and willing to challenge what keeps them stuck. I move beyond comfortable talk into deeper, meaningful work, helping clients build insight and translate it into real change in how they think, feel, and show up in their lives.
