My clients consistently tell me that they know that I care, that they know they are heard, and that I am non-judgmental.
My role is a collaborator, partner, and sometimes guide, working with you to identify what best meets your needs as opposed to jumping in with broad assumptions, premature conclusions, and off-the-shelf/one-size-fits-all solutions.
We will work together to find the path that fits your needs. Whether you’re healing old wounds, confronting present challenges, or preparing for future transitions, you have the strength and ability to take on life’s obstacles.
I specialize in working with adults dealing with a range of issues, from depression and anxiety to problems with substance use, and grief and loss. My person-centered approach is grounded in collaborating with clients to develop the skills they need.
I want to help people live thriving lives. Life is difficult enough that no one should have to go it alone.
Clients hesitant about doing therapy via telehealth have said they were amazed at how connected I made them feel and how meaningful the experience was. Telehealth itself overcomes limitations like lack of local resources, mobility, time, and more.
