I specialize in working with people who may be carrying a lot emotionally and are ready for a space where they can feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal, grow, and move forward.

At a very early age, I had a medical emergency that left a lasting impact on me. The care I received during that time showed me how powerful support and compassion can be, and it inspired me to want to help others. In high school, I took a psychology course and realized I could turn that passion into a career in mental health.
