It's secular, feminist, somatic, and affirming of neurodivergent brains and chronically ill bodies. Sessions are conversational, human-to-human. You're the expert on your own life, and I won't talk over that. I pay attention to what your body is holding, not just what you're saying. And I see clients on weekends, so you don't have to leave work.

Together we will slow down enough to see what's actually going on. Not just the surface stress, but what's underneath it and what your body has been carrying while you keep going anyway. We'll work toward what you want to change, at a pace that fits your energy and your life, not a pace you think you should be able to keep.

Warm, direct, and easy to talk to. I don't sit across from you as the authority handing down answers. I'm in it with you, and I say real things in real words. A lot of the people I work with are the ones everyone else leans on. In here, you don't have to be the steady one.

Are running on empty. Burned-out professionals, healthcare workers, and parents who hold everything together for everyone else. Adults living with chronic illness or chronic pain who are tired of being dismissed. Neurodivergent adults who've spent years being told to try harder. If you can only get to therapy on a weekend, I'm here.

I've spent over 11 years in mental health and healthcare, and I've seen how often people get dismissed, rushed, or told to push through. I wanted to offer the opposite: time, honesty, and someone who takes you seriously.

I'm an LICSW licensed in Minnesota and Iowa. I see clients on weekends in person in Eagan or by video anywhere in either state. Video is always an option on hard days. Outside of therapy, you'll find me reading a book, watching my comfort shows, restoring my garden, or spending time with my kids.
